Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, has directed that 500 professionals from five future-driven sectors be invited to Dubai Future Week this November. They will help identify priorities and develop commitments for the years ahead.

The group will take part through 500 Future Minds, one of the event’s eight core concepts. It will include 100 teachers, 100 frontline responders, 100 homegrown entrepreneurs, 100 economy and finance professionals and 100 urban planners and architects.

Organised by the Dubai Future Foundation, the event runs from November 18 to 21, 2026, under the theme “For the Human of the Future.” More than 10,000 participants are expected at Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future.

During a one-day experience, the 500 will work through future scenarios relevant to their fields and examine how emerging technologies could reshape their work. Their contributions will centre on improving lives, enhancing wellbeing and creating opportunity through artificial intelligence, robotics, biotechnology and advanced computing.

Sheikh Hamdan said shaping the future is a shared responsibility and that people remain at the heart of Dubai’s vision.

“We create platforms that bring together the brightest minds, encourage new thinking and turn promising ideas into practical solutions,”

he said.

The week will explore five questions: How We’ll Live, How We’ll Think, How We’ll Innovate, How We’ll Feel and How We’ll Do Business. The programme includes keynotes, panels, workshops, pitch platforms, exhibitions and immersive experiences across the Dubai Future District.
