The Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Forum will bring together 1,000 government and private-sector leaders on September 23 at Dubai World Trade Centre, focusing on the future of leadership, emerging economic opportunities and the role of technology in shaping institutions.
Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, the annual forum is organised by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development (MBRCLD).
The event will convene senior leaders, decision-makers, international experts and academics to discuss Dubai’s achievements, future ambitions and strategic priorities. Its agenda will explore future cities, evolving economic opportunities and the use of modern technologies to build more efficient and agile operating models.
The forum will also honour the Director-General selected for the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Medal, the highest accolade within the Government of Dubai. Launched during the previous edition, the medal recognises leadership development and efforts to empower second-tier government leaders.
The programme will feature panel discussions, specialised workshops and Strategic Leadership Majlis meetings focused on the future economy, future cities and the new global narrative.
MBRCLD will also bring together programme alumni and government leaders to exchange knowledge and strengthen engagement with emerging national talent.
The forum will see the signing of memoranda of understanding with several global universities to launch leadership research and specialised studies documenting Dubai’s transformation and leadership development approach.
