Nakheel has unveiled a limited collection of 44 beachfront villas on Frond F at Palm Jebel Ali, representing one of the final opportunities to purchase a new beachfront residence on the destination’s fronds.
The release includes villas from the Beach and Coral Collections, featuring 10 architectural designs across five, six and seven-bedroom configurations. Each residence is positioned along the shoreline, providing direct beach access and uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf.
The villas have been developed in collaboration with international architecture and design studios NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group and LOCI Architecture. Designs focus on spacious interiors, natural light, privacy and indoor-outdoor living.
The Beach Collection features five and six-bedroom villas ranging from approximately 7,500 to 8,500 sq ft. The Coral Collection includes larger six and seven-bedroom residences measuring approximately 11,500 to 12,500 sq ft.
The launch comes as construction progresses across Palm Jebel Ali. The phased handover of the first villas is scheduled to begin in late 2026 and continue through 2027. Nakheel has awarded more than AED13 billion in construction and infrastructure contracts to date.
Construction is advancing on 544 villas across Fronds A to F, while 728 villas on Fronds K to P have reached the internal and external finishing stage.
Palm Jebel Ali will span seven islands and 16 fronds, offering 120 kilometres of coastline and more than 90 kilometres of beachfront.
Planned community facilities include a 9,000 sqm retail centre and a Friday Mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill with capacity for up to 1,000 worshippers.
The wider development supports the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan while contributing to the emirate’s continued expansion as a global waterfront residential destination.
