Parkin Company PJSC, the largest provider of paid public parking facilities and services in Dubai, has renewed its Parking Management Framework Agreement with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) for a further 10 years to deliver technology-led parking services across Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT).

Under the agreement, Parkin will take exclusive responsibility for managing and operating about 2,800 paid parking spaces across JLT, including 250 designated motorcycle spaces. It will oversee day-to-day operations, including parking payments through its digital and physical channels.

The partnership aims to make parking more seamless, convenient and efficient for JLT residents, businesses and visitors, while supporting better mobility and parking management across the community.

As part of the agreement, Parkin will also install solar power infrastructure, reinforcing both organisations’ commitment to sustainability.

Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, Chief Executive Officer of Parkin, said the renewal reflects DMCC’s continued trust in the company’s operational expertise and track record. He described JLT as one of Dubai’s most dynamic mixed-use communities and an important part of Parkin’s portfolio.

Paul Ashton, Chief Property Officer of DMCC, said the extended partnership is another step in improving everyday life for the JLT community. He said investment in technology-led parking solutions, along with new innovations, will add value for residents and visitors while supporting mobility and sustainability.

The renewal marks another milestone in Parkin’s expansion of its developer parking portfolio across Dubai’s key destinations and communities.
