World Art Dubai (WAD) will stage its 12th edition from November 19 to 22 at Za’abeel Halls 2 and 3 of Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together more than 300 local and international exhibitors from over 65 countries to showcase 10,000 artworks.
Under the strapline “Where the World’s Art Comes Together,” the fair features over 200 solo artists, more than 65 galleries and a number of artist groups and collectives. This year’s edition pairs its platform for independent and emerging talent with a stronger gallery presence and greater curatorial direction. New curators Rachael Brown and Stephane de Boysson join returning curators Gottfried Eisenberger and Samar Kamel.
Buying art is increasingly central to the fair. Artwork sales rose 28 per cent in 2025, and this year’s edition will place greater emphasis on connecting artists and galleries with buyers, from first-time collectors to interior designers, hospitality professionals and corporate clients. Works are priced from about USD 100 to USD 20,000.
Photography will have a focused presence through PhotoWAD, while the Emerging Artist Prize returns for rising talent. A dedicated Emirati Artists Pavilion will place local creatives within the international platform.
The programme also includes more than 20 hands-on workshops included in the ticket price, along with free talks on creativity, professional practice and the art market. Sunday, November 22, will be Family Day, and schools will take part by displaying student work.
Beyond the fair, the Artist in Residence Programme connects artists with Dubai hotels, including Hotel Indigo Downtown Dubai, SO/Uptown and Radisson RED, with residency activity continuing into 2027.
Dubai Culture is Strategic Partner. The fair runs daily from 1pm to 9pm, and early bird tickets are now on sale.
