Dubai’s leading parking operator, Parkin Company PJSC, has partnered with Secure Parking to accelerate the rollout of barrierless parking systems across the UAE, marking a major step toward fully digitised urban mobility.

The agreement builds on a successful deployment at City Walk, where a barrierless system is already operational. Following its performance, the companies have identified a pipeline of more than 60,000 parking spaces nationwide for future expansion, reflecting growing demand for seamless, technology-driven parking solutions.

Parkin currently manages around 229,000 paid parking spaces in Dubai and processed over 70 million transactions in the first half of 2025. The partnership combines its large-scale platform and regulatory integration with Secure Parking’s global expertise across 13 countries, where it oversees more than 1.2 million spaces.

At City Walk, the system replaces traditional barriers with vehicle recognition technology and remote payment integration, reducing congestion and enabling smoother entry and exit. Motorists receive real-time notifications, transparent pricing details, and flexible payment options through Parkin’s digital platform.

The collaboration will also extend into valet services, allowing customers to pay for Secure Parking’s valet offerings directly through the Parkin app. Secure Parking will manage selected valet locations, introducing international operational standards to enhance service quality and consistency.

Executives from both companies said the partnership positions barrierless parking as a core component of smart city infrastructure, enabling real-time data insights, improved traffic flow, and scalable public-private integration across the UAE.
