The UAE Verify platform, operated under the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), has crossed a significant milestone, with authenticated digital documents issued through the platform surpassing 34.5 million.

Since its launch in January 2022, the platform has verified around 1.055 million documents and now offers 78 types of digital documents issued by 29 federal and local government entities.

UAE Verify allows government bodies, private entities and individuals to instantly confirm the authenticity of documents without relying on paper copies or certified true copies. Users can also convert existing documents into trusted digital formats that comply with the highest information security and privacy standards.

Individuals can access trusted digital documents through UAE Verify's partner network or the UAE Pass application. Document holders can share verified files with third parties across various digital platforms, while government entities can join the platform as partners and add their own document types.

The platform operates on blockchain technology, functioning as a shared, real-time encrypted ledger that processes and records transactions, contracts and documents. This infrastructure helps regulate trust in digital data, enables authenticity verification through digital auditing, and streamlines the secure sharing of information.

UAE Verify is considered a key driver of the country's broader digital transformation agenda. It was developed as part of the UAE Digital Government Roadmap 2021-2025, which targets 100 percent digital government services built around the needs of individuals, businesses and federal employees.

The platform directly supports the UAE Government Services Strategy, which aims to deliver human-centric services, strengthen public trust in government, enhance global competitiveness and improve operational efficiency across the public sector.
