Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Campus has joined forces with JetBrains to give emerging tech companies access to advanced developer tools and speed up their adoption of artificial intelligence. The agreement was signed during Dtec's Agentic AI Innovators Forum in Dubai.

Dtec, an initiative of Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority and the region's largest co-working and startup hub, will connect its community of founders with JetBrains' Incubator and Accelerator Partner Program. The program counts more than 55,000 alumni including global names such as Bolt, Canva and Deel.

Under the partnership, eligible startups will receive complimentary access to JetBrains' professional integrated development environments. Selected companies can also claim up to 10 commercial subscriptions to JetBrains' intelligent tools free for six months, followed by a 50 percent discount on key solutions for up to five years, including advanced AI packages. JetBrains will additionally run specialised sessions and hands-on workshops covering developer best practices and emerging software trends.

Dtec is based in Dubai Silicon Oasis and has helped launch 1,000 startups while creating 4,000 jobs since its founding. Hans Christensen, Vice President of Dtec, said the partnership reflects the organisation's commitment to helping entrepreneurs scale their businesses and supports Dubai's Economic Agenda D33 goal of building a future ready digital economy.

Anastasia Zemskova, Vice President of Strategy at JetBrains, said the collaboration reflects the company's ongoing investment in the region's startup network as AI adoption accelerates across the Middle East.

Nadia Rinsky, Head of GTM MENA at JetBrains, added that the partnership goes beyond software licensing to build local capability through workshops and practical guidance.

The collaboration is expected to strengthen the UAE's developer ecosystem by linking founders with technical expertise and a wider community of software professionals.
