The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the University of Birmingham Dubai recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance healthcare sector development efforts.

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Dubai Health Authority and University of Birmingham Dubai aims to enhance human resources for health. It includes collaboration on policy development, monitoring mechanisms, knowledge exchange, research, training, and talent enhancement in healthcare and specialized fields. Fourteen employees have already graduated from the university's training program.

The Dubai Health Authority and University of Birmingham partnership offers specialized courses for staff, promoting continuous education. Awadh Seghayer Al Ketbi, Director-General of the Dubai Health Authority highlights DHA's collaboration policy with local and international institutions to enhance healthcare.

Fatima Abbas, CEO of the Strategy and Corporate Development Sector at the DHA sees the partnership supporting DHA's efforts. Professor Yusra Mouzughi, Provost at the University of Birmingham Dubai emphasizes community service and workforce development through education and research.
