Dubai Holding has unveiled its Early Careers Programme, a strategic initiative aimed at attracting and developing emerging talent to help build a future-ready workforce in the UAE and beyond.
The programme introduces two tailored entry points — an Internship Programme for undergraduates and a Graduate Programme for recent university graduates — offering immersive, hands-on experience across Dubai Holding’s diverse business sectors.
Set to launch in June, the Internship Programme provides UAE-based students with up to 18 weeks of project-based experience, professional mentorship, and cross-sector exposure. The Graduate Programme, branded as Leaders of Tomorrow, begins in August and runs for 12 months, focusing on leadership development through functional placements and a final capstone project. It is open to graduates from both within the UAE and internationally.
Building on the success of its flagship Leaders of Tomorrow initiative, Dubai Holding's expanded framework aligns with its broader vision to support national talent development and prepare the next generation of leaders for an evolving global economy.
Fatma Hussain, Chief People Officer at Dubai Holding, said the initiative is a long-term investment in human capital.
“Our Group’s presence in 10 dynamic sectors offers young professionals diverse career pathways to explore their passions and develop cross-functional expertise,”
she said.
“This programme provides participants with hands-on experience, executive mentorship and foundational skills that align with our commitment to developing UAE talent for long-term success.”
Operating in more than 30 countries, Dubai Holding continues to strengthen its focus on empowering youth and nurturing leadership potential through structured, future-focused career development.
