e& has honoured the latest cohort of Emirati tech talent as its flagship AI Graduate Programme marked a significant milestone, reflecting the company’s push to build a future-ready digital workforce.
Since its launch in 2021, the initiative has recruited 284 Emirati graduates, equipping them with advanced skills in AI, big data, and cybersecurity. The most recent 25 graduates were celebrated at a ceremony held at Atlantis, Dubai, attended by over 500 guests, including senior leadership and proud family members.
The event underscored e&’s long-term commitment to developing national talent capable of leading in an AI-driven economy. A follow-up “One& Celebration” recognised outstanding employees from across the group, reinforcing a culture of innovation and excellence.
“Our AI Graduate Programme empowers young Emiratis with the tools to lead in a rapidly evolving tech landscape,”
said Ali Al Mansoori, Group Chief People Officer at e&.
“As industries transform, initiatives like this ensure our talent is ready to shape what comes next.”
The 12-month programme combines hands-on experience with leadership training, preparing participants for roles at the forefront of technological change. Its gender-inclusive approach has resulted in 62% of hires being women, with an overall 81% female participation rate since inception.
With AI projected to create 170 million jobs globally by 2030, e&'s investment in local talent places the UAE in a strong position to harness this growth.
