How did you initially come up with the idea or concept for the business?
I was a qualified and experienced HR professional, I worked for over 7 years with reputable organizations in diverse sectors across UAE. In order to make the best use of my knowledge, I started training several HR professionals in key HR areas and realized a significant gap in capability building in HR. Whilst there were large firms who provided professional HR services, they were not practically accessible to all organizations. There was a lack of professional consultancy firms with strong knowledge & experience in regional practices & culture. This is when i decided to start Tuscan Consulting, a boutique consultancy firm that understands the HR needs of organizations and tailors solutions to improve business performance.

From the very start of our journey we remained focused on our vision & mission and true to our values. This has helped us in establishing a reputation as a dependable HR partner to several government, private and multinational organizations across the UAE and the GCC.
