How did you initially come up with the idea or concept for the business?
We find a need the SMB in Dubai is stuck when evaluating cost effective IT solutions and support services. They are constantly ripped off by the other IT companies in Dubai when ever there is a technology down time . We thought our approach should be pro active than reactive . With that value approach we helped many companies to stay profitable with their IT investment . Now they can focus more on the core business function than worrying about IT nightmares. Our goal was always to be a trusted IT department for our customers.
Tell us about some of the major turning points in the history of your business.
When we first awarded for an IT security managed services with a large Money exchange house in Dubai ,we understood the pain point and risk associated with data security for small companies. This help us to collaborate with many IT security vendors and connected their solutions to the security vulnerability . We are happy to raise our security practices aligned with rapid change in security area . The knowledge and market gap helped us to position our company as security focused technology as well.
What made you choose Dubai as a location to setup your business?
Dubai's economic boom and raise in small business as well as internet adoption is a massive potential for a technology company to strive . The right infrastructure , visionary leader and relatively ease of doing business is very helpful. Also easy and affordable access to talents and experienced candidate is quite convincing to consider as a number 1 destination for business startup

We consider our relationship with customer is like we are their own IT department . Our proactive approach is the key . We are not vendor focused but solution focused . Each customer and situation is different so we adapt with the need and budget of our customer .
