How did you initially come up with the idea or concept for the business?
Way back in 1992, we started with a stationery business and when we looked for an accounting software, we found that there were very few providers of a professional and user friendly solution. We found a GAP in the market and in 1994 we opened a new division and partnered with Sage to sell, implement and support a world class business software that could not only automate the accounting but take care of the business processes needed by a SME business to grow and become profitable.
Tell us about some of the major turning points in the history of your business.
We have been in business for almost 3 decades and we have grown from a 2 man company, to a team of young, energetic and vibrant individuals who are passionate of delivering quality products and services. In the 1st decade we established our business to provide a solutions to companies in the UAE and beyond year 2000, we grew by providing solutions beyond our boundaries to neighboring countries such as Oman, Qatar, Saudi, Bahrain and Kuwait. By 2010, we were developing our own turnkey solutions for customers and integrating them with mobile applications and other OEM software. We have been awarded in multiple categories by Sage Middle East and ever since we have been pursing delivering excellence to SME businesses throughout GCC. Lastly we would like to give credit to our customers, we have grown because of you, we listened to our customers by having meaningful engagements and providing solutions which are productive and insightful to their business. Today, we are an ISO 9001:2015 QMS certified company.
What made you choose Dubai as a location to setup your business?
Since we established in Dubai, this place was our natural home! Moreover Dubai has provided us with great infrastructure and many business services to reach out and expand our operations.
Finally, what sets your business apart from the competition?
Beyond providing our customers with software solutions, we have the skills to provide insights, integrate with third party solutions or even upscale the system based on the customer's requirements. We also have extensive knowledge on the software that we are providing, we emphasize on getting our consultants trained, which enable them to have the necessary competencies to deliver superior customer experience.
