Salesforce, the global leader in AI customer relationship management (CRM), has officially opened its new office in Dubai Internet City, reinforcing its commitment to supporting AI innovation and customer success in the UAE.
The inauguration event was graced by His Excellency Omar Sultan AlOlama, Minister of State for AI, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, along with key figures such as Malek Al Malek, Chairman of TECOM Group PJSC, and Abdulla Belhoul, CEO of TECOM Group, alongside Salesforce executives and partners.
Located in a prominent technology hub, the new state-of-the-art office exemplifies Salesforce's continued investment in the UAE. Last year, the company made its trusted cloud platform, Hyperforce, generally available in the region through a partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This year, Salesforce achieved the Dubai Electronic Security Centre (DESC) Cloud Service Provider Security Standard for its services on Hyperforce, further enhancing its capability to support government and public sector entities.
As demand for AI-driven digital transformation grows, Salesforce is poised for rapid expansion in the UAE. The new office features collaboration and innovation spaces designed to showcase the latest AI technology. At the recent Dreamforce event, Salesforce introduced Agentforce, a suite of autonomous AI agents that streamline service, sales, marketing, and commerce tasks, significantly improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
“The opening of our office in Dubai Internet City underscores our dedication to serving customers in the UAE,”
said Thierry Nicault, Area Vice President and General Manager, Salesforce Middle East.
“We are excited to empower organizations with AI and cloud-based solutions that enhance agility and customer-centricity.”
