With 7+ years of experience in the industry, I thought of creating my own brand.

We were able to hire the right talent within months of opening and we were able to close 50+ million of deals approx. in the first quarter of opening the company.
What made you choose Dubai as a location to setup your business?
Me and most of my team are born and raised in the UAE.

We have lived here most of our lives and we want to continue to serve the real estate industry of Dubai as it is our home. We are not just buying or selling we provide the right advice to our clients and the after sales service so they continue to work with us long term. Whether it is a client or any of our peers we maintain a highly ethical and professional service level to ensure nobody leaves unhappy when they come to Spades.

We help people buy/sell or rent properties in Dubai and UAE in general. If someone is looking to buy properties in Dubai for investment purposes and looking to get high returns on their investment by advice them the correct locations to buy in. We also help people who are looking move into their new homes and accommodate based on their requirements, for e.g. if they have a family with kids, where are nearest schools, hospitals, parks etc.
