The Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) is set to showcase the emirate's advanced manufacturing ecosystem at the Dubai Pavilion during Make it in the Emirates 2026, the UAE's flagship industrial forum running from 4 to 7 May at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.
Held under the theme 'Advanced Industry. Emerging Stronger', the fifth edition of the forum brings together government entities, national champions, manufacturers and SMEs to drive investment deals, technology transfers and strategic partnerships across the UAE's industrial sector.
Dubai enters the forum on strong footing. The emirate recorded 6.4% GDP growth in Q4 2025, with total GDP reaching AED 937 billion for the full year — a clear signal of economic resilience despite global pressures.
DET's participation is closely tied to the Dubai Economic Agenda, D33, which targets more than doubling manufacturing value-added output by 2033. At the pavilion, key entities including Dubai Industrial City, National Industries Park, DIEZ, Dubai Chambers, Dubai Future Foundation and Food Tech Valley will present Dubai's value proposition to investors and manufacturers.
Attendees will learn how businesses operating in Dubai benefit from connectivity to over 130 export destinations, backed by Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreements and streamlined customs facilitation.
DET will also spotlight several industrial support initiatives, including the Export Assistance Programme, the Elite Buyer Programme, Industry 4.0 enablement programmes and industry-friendly power policies aimed at reducing barriers and accelerating scale-up for high-impact projects.
Multiple strategic partnerships with major logistics and banking sector players are expected to be formalised during the forum.
The Dubai Pavilion can be found at stands A15 and A17.
