Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, has issued two resolutions appointing new CEOs at the Dubai Environment and Climate Change Authority.
Executive Council Resolution No. (55) of 2026 transfers Adel Abdullah Mohammed Al Karani from Dubai Municipality to serve as CEO of the Biodiversity Sector.
Resolution No. (56) of 2026 seconds Abdullah Yousuf Abdullah Al Marzouqi from Dubai Police to take up the role of CEO of the Corporate Support Sector.
Both resolutions take effect from their date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
