The UAE Fuel Price Committee has released the official fuel prices slated for June 2024, effective from June 1.
According to the committee's announcement, motorists can expect adjustments in petrol and diesel rates as follows:
- Super 98 petrol will see a reduction from Dh3.34 per litre in May to Dh3.14 per litre in June.
- Special 95 petrol is set to decrease to Dh3.02 per litre from its current rate of Dh3.22.
- E-Plus 91 petrol will be priced at Dh2.95 per litre, down from Dh3.15 per litre last month.
- Diesel prices will also witness a decline, with the cost dropping to Dh2.88 per litre from Dh3.07.
These revisions in fuel prices aim to reflect ongoing fluctuations in global oil markets, offering relief to consumers amid economic considerations. The adjustments come amidst efforts to maintain stability in the domestic fuel market and align with broader economic strategies.
