Co-owner Sheikha Jawahir Bint Butti Al Maktoum and her partner discovered this weathered yet promising gem on Jumeirah Beach Road back in 2017. Captivated by its historical significance as an 80s villa, they set their sights on acquiring and meticulously transforming it into the vibrant Kulture House we know today.
