Derived from the Greek word Parea, meaning a close-knit gathering of friends, the experience captures the warmth and spontaneity of Mediterranean hospitality. Beginning from 9:00 PM every Thursday and Saturday, guests are invited to linger over thoughtfully curated sharing menus while live percussionists, dancers and resident DJ Mishti gradually elevate the atmosphere, creating a seamless journey from elegant dining into a vibrant late-night celebration that continues until 2:00 AM.
Designed for those who appreciate exceptional cuisine as much as the ambience surrounding it, PAREA showcases a generous Mediterranean-inspired menu designed for sharing. Guests can begin with a Seafood Tower featuring Tuna & Avocado Tartare, Premium Oysters, Poached Prawns and Salmon Ceviche, followed by favourites including Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, Chicken Anticuchos, ZEA Guacamole and Crispy Kale, Quinoa & Pear Salad. For the main course, diners can choose between Australian Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, Baby Chicken with Peruvian chilli, or Asparagus Risotto, complemented by Charred Broccolini, Truffle Parmesan Fries and a signature ZEA Dessert Platter.
