The main focus of Din Tai Fung’s dishes is the use of fresh ingredients that are the essence of their dishes. Using simple culinary styles, the recipes are healthy and elegantly plated. The burst of flavour brings delight to every served customer.

The whole dilemma of Din Tai Fung is the enjoyment of delicious healthy food. Starting with the appetiser. Try the Chinese Black Mushroom Salad if you are too confused about ordering your appetiser during your first visit.
