This Instagram-worthy café at the luxury Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina not only provides vegan and gluten-free dishes, but it also welcomes pets. They also have a  dog-friendly garden there with only five tables, so make sure to make a reservation ahead of time.
