The Dubai T100 Triathlon will move to Al Mamzar for its 2026 edition, introducing a new coastal course when the event returns from 13th to 15th November.
After two editions at Meydan Racecourse, the triathlon will use Al Mamzar’s beaches and parkland as its new home. The event will serve as the penultimate stop on the nine-race T100 Race to Qatar and form part of the tenth edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
The relocation was announced by the Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO), Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism and Dubai Sports Council.
The redesigned cycling route will take athletes through Al Hamriya Port and Dubai Islands before crossing Infinity Bridge. Along the route, competitors will pass landmarks including Port Rashid and the Queen Elizabeth 2, with views towards Dubai Frame and Burj Khalifa, before returning to Al Mamzar.
The running course will make use of the shaded pathways within Al Mamzar Park as well as its newly opened corniche footpath.
According to PTO CEO Sam Renouf, the relocation will create a single venue for the T100, Olympic-distance and relay events, helping improve the overall experience for athletes, spectators and fans.
Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, said the new course will showcase Dubai’s coastline, outdoor attractions and landmarks while strengthening the city’s position as a destination for major international sporting events.
Saeed Hareb, Secretary General of Dubai Sports Council, highlighted the event’s growing importance to Dubai’s sporting calendar. He noted that it brings leading international triathletes to the city while encouraging participation among amateur athletes from the UAE and overseas.
The 2026 event will mark the third edition of the Dubai T100 Triathlon and introduce participants to a significantly different setting and course.
