Kicking off on 1st October, guests can indulge in a sumptuous vegetarian or non-vegetarian three-course set menu available from Saturday to Thursday with prices starting at AED 160.
From the bustling streets of Mumbai to the royal kitchens of Lucknow, Khyber’s new Seasonal Set Menu captures the essence of India’s culinary heritage. Guests can immerse themselves in an exquisite dining experience that includes a tantalizing array of starters such as Achari Murgh Tikkas, Galouti Kebabs, and Achari Paneer Tikkas to delectable favourites such as Rampuri Gosht Korma, Dal Makhani, and Subz Mela. To finish off on a sweet note, guests can treat themselves to lip-smacking Gajar Ka Halwa or irresistible Matka Kulfi.
Coupled with the stunning views of Palm Jumeirah, the award-winning restaurant offers a unique blend of modern elegance with the charm of the Mughal era with an interior adorned in warm tones, terracotta archways, and ornate tapestries.
