GORDON'S SUNDAY LUNCH
What better way to end your week than with a well-deserved foodie feast? The newly launched 'Gordon's Sunday Lunch' allows you to tuck into a variety of dishes, meaning there is something for every guest and their current cravings. Choose from either two or three courses from the Sunday Lunch menu and sit back as the team tantalizes your tastebuds.
To begin, you can choose from the Steak Tartare, Zaatar Roasted Cauliflower or the Hell's Kitchen Pumpkin Risotto that includes butter-poached lobster. For the mains, the focus is on a traditional British Roast. Highlights include Prime Rib dry aged for 35 days served with Duck Fat Twice Roasted Potatoes, Gordon's famous Yorkshire Puddings and lashings of gravy! There is also an option to try the Oven Roasted Piri Piri Chicken or the Chermoula Marinaded Whole Sea Bass. Make sure to save room for dessert, as the options include Sticky Toffee Pudding, Knickerbocker Glory Eton Mess or a Chocolate Souffle.

NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER AT GORDON RAMSAYS HELL’S KITCHEN
Celebrate New Year's Eve in style as the renowned culinary team from Hell's Kitchen presents an outstanding four-course menu designed to wow! Guests will get to tuck into some of Gordon's favourite signature dishes, such as Chicken Liver Foie Gras Parfait, Shaved Black Truffle Beef Wellington, Ricotta Gundi al Limonin and Chocolate and Cherry Parfait.
After finishing dinner, raise a toast to 2023 at the Caesars Palace countdown party. Cuddle up with your loved ones under a grand fireworks display at the Julius Colosseum set against the backdrop of the Ain Dubai.

GET FESTIVE AT HELL'S KITCHEN
Hell's Kitchen Dubai is transformed into a festive wonderland with a live band, performers, and an Eton mess challenge this festive season. Start with the seafood counter brimming with oysters, rock lobster and prawns, plus a delicious spread of starters. Gordon's signature mains are the stars of the show. Think Traditional Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, Surf & Turf, Rump of Lamb, Halibut and Beetroot Wellington. The sides are also a triumph with duck fat roast potatoes, honey roasted parsnips and carrots, spiced braised red cabbage and Brussels sprouts too. Save room for dessert with the cheese corner brimming with a selection of cheese sourced from across the globe. Feel like you're in Willy Wonka's factory with the candy shop that features a chocolate yule log, Christmas pudding, berry trifle, cheesecake, sticky toffee pudding, and so much more.
