Dubai’s dynamic dining landscape turns a compelling new page at Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek, where heritage, flavour, and contemporary flair converge overlooking the city’s historic waterfront.

Here, two distinctive culinary concepts emerge as refined expressions of weekend indulgence, each thoughtfully curated to capture the city’s vibrant spirit while offering guests an elevated sense of occasion.

A New Era of Friday Nights: Enter the Dragon at Minato

Set to transform Friday evenings, the iconic Minato Restaurant introduces Enter the Dragon, an immersive supper club experience launching on Friday, 24th April. From 6:00 p.m. onwards, guests are invited to step into an atmospheric setting where contemporary Asian flavours meet vibrant nightlife energy.

Blending a refined supper club ambience with a lively social scene, the experience is elevated by a live DJ performance. Guests can expect an engaging culinary journey, where chefs bring artistry to life across interactive live stations.

The menu unfolds as a curated exploration of Asian favourites, beginning with an array of elegant pass-around bites, from delicate vegetable tempura and salmon croquettes with soya and ginger glaze, to classic Japanese takoyaki, dim sum selections, and aromatic chicken satay with peanut sauce.

At the heart of the evening lies the live teppanyaki station, showcasing premium ingredients such as beef, shrimp, squid, fish, and chicken, prepared à la minute with signature flair. Complementing this is a sushi live station featuring favourites including California rolls, ebi tempura, and maki selections.

The experience concludes on a sweet note with indulgent desserts such as macadamia nut cream with chocolate mousse, pandan crème brûlée, lemongrass and sago pearl soup, and delicate strawberry tarts.

The supper club is available at an introductory price of AED 119 for food only, AED 149 including two beverages, or AED 199 with two hours of selected unlimited beverages.

Saturdays in Bloom: Greenhouse Social at Boulvar

Saturdays take on a fresh, family-friendly rhythm with Greenhouse Social at Boulvar Restaurant, where Dubai’s most beautiful brunch comes to life within a lush, garden-inspired setting. As the afternoon unfolds, the experience gently blossoms, inviting guests to watch the brunch bloom through a seamless blend of flavour, atmosphere, and thoughtfully curated moments.

Launched on 28th March and running from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the brunch is designed to bring generations together, pairing relaxed dining with a vibrant social spirit. A diverse selection of dishes is showcased across live cooking stations, while the greenhouse-inspired surroundings create an atmosphere of calm, warmth, and connection.

The experience moves effortlessly between culinary discovery and engaging entertainment. Younger guests are welcomed into a dedicated activity zone featuring supervised games, creative workshops, and playful décor aligned with the seasonal theme. Meanwhile, adults can extend their afternoon beyond the table, enjoying lively entertainment and social moments at Marbles, adding a dynamic edge to the occasion.

The brunch is priced at AED 199 with soft beverages or AED 345 including a three-hour beverage package.

A Destination for Culinary Discovery

With these two new offerings, Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek continues to cement its reputation as a culinary destination where heritage meets contemporary dining. From the energetic allure of a Friday night supper club to the relaxed elegance of a Saturday family brunch, each experience is crafted to celebrate flavour, connection, and the vibrant spirit of Dubai.
