The 31st edition of the Dubai International Pharmaceuticals and Technologies Conference and Exhibition (DUPHAT 2026) will begin next Tuesday at Dubai World Trade Centre and run for three days, bringing together pharmaceutical professionals, companies and experts from around the world.
The event is expected to attract more than 25,000 attendees from 85 countries and feature over 1,100 brands. It will provide a platform to explore new technologies, scientific developments and innovations shaping the global pharmaceutical industry.
The Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE) has announced its official support for DUPHAT 2026. The partnership reflects efforts to strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors, improve pharmaceutical regulations, encourage innovation and local manufacturing, and enhance the resilience of medicine supply chains in the UAE.
EDE’s participation will also support knowledge exchange, research and development and investment opportunities while contributing to improved access to safe, effective and high-quality medicines.
The conference programme will include 104 scientific sessions and 12 workshops covering different areas of the pharmaceutical sector. University students will also present 400 scientific posters, providing opportunities for academic participation and knowledge sharing.
DUPHAT has developed over more than three decades into a major pharmaceutical industry platform for the Middle East and Africa, covering areas ranging from manufacturing and research to pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare solutions.
VITASHOW DUBAI will also take place alongside DUPHAT 2026, showcasing products and developments in the nutritional supplements sector.
The event brings together pharmaceutical companies, regulators, healthcare specialists, researchers and decision-makers to discuss industry developments and identify opportunities for international collaboration and strategic partnerships.
DUPHAT 2026 is organised by INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions and supported by several local and international healthcare and pharmaceutical organisations.
