Most companies now have a wellness budget for gym memberships, mental health days and the occasional mindfulness app. Ask the same company how it supports staff with money stress and you'll usually get a shrug. Financial wellbeing has stayed private even as physical and mental health became normal topics in the office, and a new brand called In Good Wealth wants to close that gap.

Founded by Charis Marr and Shana Doherty, In Good Wealth sits in the space between generic financial content you scroll past online and the formal advisory services people tend to avoid until something forces their hand. It's meant to be a starting point, somewhere to build clarity and confidence before anyone needs to make a real decision or bring in a specialist.

The framework behind it is called the Prosperity Power 5, and it's built around five pillars that the brand treats as connected rather than separate: earning, saving, growing, spending and protecting. That's a deliberate departure from the usual advice format, where you get a tip on saving more here and a tip on investing there, with no sense of how one choice ripples into the next. Marr has pointed out that plenty of people are earning well and saving consistently but still lack a grip on the bigger picture, because nobody ever showed them how the pieces connect. Doherty puts it more bluntly: money is one of the least supported areas of wellbeing, despite shaping practically every decision people make about how they work, live and plan ahead.

The first product to come out of this is The Money Check In, a self-guided online programme priced at USD 47. It runs over seven days in sessions of roughly 30 minutes and, notably, asks for no financial documents or data entry at any point. Instead of numbers, it prompts reflection on habits and priorities across the five pillars, which makes it far less intimidating than opening a spreadsheet or booking a call with an advisor.

That's also what makes the organisational side interesting for anyone running a team in Dubai. In Good Wealth runs workshops and webinars built on the same framework, designed so employees can take part without disclosing any personal financial details. For a market like this one, where salaries are often strong but retirement planning, savings structures and long term security aren't guaranteed the way they might be elsewhere, that kind of low pressure entry point could matter more than it first appears. It gives HR teams a way to open the conversation without turning it into an audit of anyone's bank account.

The brand is aiming its work at what it calls Everyday Thrivers, people of any age who want more freedom and clarity rather than simply more wealth, and it has further digital tools, coaching and events planned through 2026 and 2027.

For business owners here, the real takeaway isn't the app or the price tag. It's the reminder that financial stress doesn't stay at home. It shows up in focus, decision making and how people show up at work, and a framework that finally treats it that way is worth watching.
