Dubai SME and noon Food have signed a memorandum of understanding to help Emirati-owned food and beverage businesses grow through structured digital marketplace access, reduced costs, and dedicated commercial support.
Under the agreement, eligible Dubai SME members in the F&B sector can onboard onto noon Food's platform with all setup fees waived. A tailored five-year commission structure starts at 10% in the first year and rises gradually to 20% by year five. Participating businesses will also receive advertising credits and priority visibility during major seasonal campaigns.
Beyond the financial terms, the partnership provides onboarding assistance, dedicated account management, and monthly performance reporting to help businesses track and optimise their growth. Dubai SME will nominate eligible members, promote the initiative across its network, and oversee implementation.
The collaboration supports the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which aims to double the size of Dubai's economy by 2033 and position the city as a leading destination for SMEs and local enterprises.
Ahmad Al Room Almheiri, Acting CEO of Dubai SME, said the agreement delivers tangible advantages by combining institutional support with digital platform scale, enabling Emirati entrepreneurs to compete and grow sustainably within the digital marketplace.
Faraz Khalid, Group CEO of noon, said the partnership gives Emirati entrepreneurs the digital infrastructure they need to scale rapidly and contribute to D33's goals.
SMEs account for more than 95% of registered businesses in Dubai and are central to employment, innovation, and economic diversification. Emirati-owned F&B brands are an increasingly visible part of the city's culinary and digital commerce landscape.
The five-year partnership aims to expand market access, strengthen brand visibility, and accelerate digital transformation for Emirati F&B entrepreneurs across Dubai.
