Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) has launched applications for the third cohort of FEEL: A Disruptive Futures Programme, a three-week executive programme designed to build foresight and innovation capabilities in leaders across sectors and geographies.
Organised by the Dubai Future Academy, the programme targets executives, entrepreneurs, policymakers, strategists, investors, and innovators. Applications are open worldwide until 10 July.
The programme is built around two tracks. An intellectual track covers foresight methodologies, futures thinking, and moonshot innovation. An experiential track takes participants on field visits to Dubai's leading research centres, innovation labs, and knowledge hubs, including the Dubai Future Labs and Dubai Health Innovation Centre.

Participants engage with keynote sessions, interactive workshops, and emerging technology showcases led by global experts. The curriculum spans critical thinking, advanced sciences, health and longevity, and emerging technologies, with the goal of translating future insights into actionable strategies for organisations and sectors.
Abdulaziz AlJaziri, Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer at DFF, said foresight has become one of the most critical capabilities required by governments and institutions amid rapid global change.
"Through FEEL, we aim to equip a select group of leaders and innovators with the tools to understand the shifts ahead, engage with emerging technologies, and translate future knowledge into decisions and untraditional solutions,"
he said.
The programme's second cohort drew 30 participants from 15 countries, selected from 401 applications spanning 68 countries, reflecting strong international demand for the initiative.
DFF positions FEEL as central to its mission of advancing future readiness and developing leaders equipped to shape the sectors of tomorrow.
